First screenshot is of the logs message, the 2nd and third are the files involved.
I have zero clue why the server won't start, it just crashes after loading 8 lines.
Failed to load mod file, JarInJar Dependency Locator.

We run a forge server, ask the mod author(s).
If it doesn't work that's most likely because they messed something up.
The only other option would be a forge bug but I haven't seen an issue like that from any other mods so that's very unlikely.
