how do I find the nex engine plugin I removed the plugin from my server and I can't use game points or excellent crates without the plugin

You can't. Nex engine does not seem to be on any supported plugin websites.

The team is currently working on getting it added to Aternos, but is waiting for consent from the plugin's author. I'd recommend simply waiting for an update to the situation. https://github.com/nulli0n/NexEngine-spigot/issues/15
