when I try to enter a server (except for those of aternos) I get the problem: permission denied: no further informations. how can i solve?

There are various reasons for this.
Do you have this also with the DynIP? Or even with other servers?

If you don't have these issues with the DynIP you should consider changing your computer's DNS settings as explained in this article: https://support.aternos.org/hc…72-Connect-to-your-server
