Failed to upload Datapack

So I created a datapack of my own
But when I'm done uploading the datapack to the server, it refuses to work, like there is no function command for the datapack to work
Is it because Aternos limits those datapack that are trusty and do not contain suspicious content?

Nevermind I forgot to convert rar to zip file
