Make the player install 2 cores (1 mod and 1 for plugins)

Hi, I have an idea, I really need mods + plugins for 1.7.10, so, to make sure that the player installs 2 cores, for example, a mod core + a core for a plugin and there is automatically done and a fool and you can install mods / plugins, etc., everyone would like this idea.
