Server Wont Start, Log is Empty?

    While trying to start my modded server for the first time, it gets through the queue and then sits on the grey "pending" thing before changing immediately to offline after a couple minutes of waiting. I tried checking the log but it says "Empty" and nothing else so I dont know why it wont start for me... i dont understand the issue im having because its like there is none?

    Sever version is 1.18.2 and ill also link a picture of the mods i have

    try starting the server again
