How does one even get 3840ms... this has got to be a World Record. But seriously, the ping is so bad it's funny. I don't live in Antarctica, by the way. I live in Singapore, South East Asia. My internet speed is better than average, so I have no idea what's causing this problem. Anybody here experienced this? Any way to fix this? Also, is it possible to transfer my Aternos server onto my own PC and launch it on my PC, in hopes to fix this issue? Otherwise, do you guys have any other server hosting platforms which at least provide decent ping?

Your internet speed has zero relation to this. This ping is a result of distance between your device and our servers, which are positioned in central Europe.
You cannot change location, you cannot download your server files and we do not currently have a host that has servers in any other continent.
