Server doesn't start because it's taking too long to start.

My server always crashes because it's taking too long to start.

Also I have a few mods installed on the server, but I don't think they're the reason, since the server started perfectly fine just a few days ago and I haven't changed anything on the server.

The server runs on Forge 1.18.2-4.2.0.
