Please help with Factions and server ip

Factions don't work in my server
I have these plugins:
CommandSigns.jar
EssentialsAntiBuild.jar
EssentialsChat.jar
Essentials.jar
EssentialsProtect.jar
EssentialsSpawn.jar
Factions.jar 2.3.0
iConomy.jar
mcMMO.jar
mcore.jar 7.0.2
Vault.jar
WorldEdit.jar

in folder is only these folders:

CommandSigns
contrib
Essentials
iConomy
mcMMO
PluginMetrics
Updater
Vault
WorldEdit

and when i write /plugins it shows

There is an extra area for english users!

(1) Please post your serverlog!
(2) We have a problem with the stative IP.

You need to install the plugin "mcore" in order to make Factions work.

And yeah, currently there is a problem with our static IP-addresses. Actually it should be fixed now.

Can you make the render distance higher?
