The server is full message

Hi all!

I have a problem when I connect with the server Aternos in minecraft. The message is "the server is full" but in the properties I have only one player (me).

Anyone knows what is happening?

Eventually there's another player on your server? Did you try to restart your server or check the console?

There wasn't anyone more, I was the only player. Now it is solved: I restartes the server twice and all worked again.
