Rftools Spawner problem

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but the Rf Tools Matter Beamer just absolutely refuses to beam living matter to the spawner. The beamer is connected and powered, since when I swap out the living matter with other matter it works. But for some reason the living matter doesn't get beamed. How can I fix it?

I found You can fix the issue by removing config file called 'rftools.cfg' which will create itself again. Can You help me out in deleting it from my friend's server?

I'm using a modpack and can't access the file tab
