I just started using Aternos servers and whenever I join into my server I have a solid color as my skin and it’s the same for anyone else who joins the server. I do have plugins but I don’t know if that the problem.
Skins are showing up as one color

- Which software and version is installed on your server?
- Do you have this problem since the beginning or did it start recently?

It's most likely an issue with PlayerHead, tho I can't say for sure. Do a backup and remove one after the other (plugins) to see what causes it

How severs work is essentially if the skin is not a uploaded skin but a Minecraft skin editor skin. It will change to one color for some reason. This is just for bedrock severs due to java not having a skin editor. So all you have to do to see you skin is use a uploaded skin on that note you can currently not use any skin editor skins. I also had this problem on my server, but it got fixed when I changed my skin to something else and then back.
