Server Settings not There

My Server is using the software "PocketMine" and i'm playing on Bedrock Edition. When I load into the world I see that I don't have any of the new items added into the nether update (netherite, stonecutter, shields, etc.), I don't even have eyes of ender. I can't go to the nether or the end because of this, so I went to the settings to see if I have the settings off, and there not there. For me, there is no setting to turn off and on these dimensions. i want to be able to go to these places and have these items. I searched it up and the PocketMine version that i'm on (3.17.5) is supposed to be 1.16.2, which is the nether update. I have no idea what i'm supposed to do and the discord is not helping, can someone please help?
