I install itemizer but i start server and he dont install?My server is 1.7.9 RO-3 (BUKKIT) and itemizer is in 1.7.9 RO-1 (BUKKIT) please help!

No where is he? I need plugin with this;i put potion effect on item for example blaze rod and i hold blaze rod and i have that potion effect and if i put another one item in hand that effect disappears!
