"Time out" has nothing to do with an afk kick, it just says your internet connection broke up a few secs.
And I think you can't disable the afk kick function because then you could bypass the "too less slots used" - shut down of your server. -
You can't disable afk kick because then you could just be afk and have your aternos server running forever
