How to disable factions costs?

I previously opened a question of how to configure factions, but it seems that the factions main configuration file (instance.json in the factions_mconf folder) won't open.
Is this because it has no data?

However, what I need to do is disable or at least change the costs for factions, such as those when creating a faction or claiming land.

No, its using massivecore, so it has all that mstore stuff.
The main config file for factions is a .json file, and it's not openable.

There are several .json's i can open, however the one i can't is the instance.json in plugins/mstore/factions_mconf.\
I think this has the pricing and things in it, but as i stated i can't open it
