Nether bug

Hello,

I've got a problem on my server.

Recently I had a bug with the nether portal, or maybe with the nether. When I try to go to the nether, we don't get teleported to the nether, we stay into the portal.
What's the problem? I need to understand and to solve that problem.

Server version: PaperMC 1.18.1

I've got LaggRemoverPlus, NickName, SkinsRestorer and Skulls

It worked until yesterday.

The server really started from 31/10/2021. And now, the nether don't work.
