how can get the seed to the server I play on and have OP for. I tried going to the level data and finding it that way but when my friend made the server he was messing around with the settings and changed the seed and now using that seed wont regenerate the same world. I've also tried doing /seed in console but only the need seed typed in is given. Is there anyway to find or get the original seed?

if your friend changed the seed in your level.dat there's no way to get it without a backup
