Cannot join server at all

Hi

So, every time I start up my server with no, as far as I can see, issues then attempt to join it I just get instantly disconnected before even loading the world.
When I hover over the server in my server list there is a red X that states:
"Incompatible FML modded server. Server network message list is not compatible."

I have tried removing mods and it still didn't work.

I don't know what else I could do to solve this issue.
Can anyone help?

The server is Forge 1.18.2 (40.1.25).

I decided to remove some mods including the one you told me about and it shows me a different message from when I cannot join the server.

It says: " Failed to synchronize registry data from server, closing connection "
So I still cannot join and the red X is still there even after I checked each mod and forge is up to date.

Update: I also tried using only one mod and it still didnt work

I clicked on the link and when I pasted the 'latest' text document into it and tried saving it just said log not found.
