Server does not respond anymore

My server does not respond, according to the console. It started when i wanted to change the gamerule randomTickSpeed to 100 for a few seconds to grow wheat, but i accidently typed "10000". It may have caused the server to overload, but even after restarting it a few times, it still doesn't work. How do i fix this? Here's the console link btw: https://mclo.gs/1Tj1w6P
