Hi. I have just recently updated my server to 1.19, I created a backup for my own world but then when I joined the server everything turned out horrible for me. Every item is replaced with random items. My house and stuff are now like a mess. Please help me I dedicated so much in this world

I'm having exactly the same problem
FIXED
I was using forge, so I changed to Vanilla and reupload my world and now everything is like before. But keep in mind that if you have any modded block, you may have problems.
I did the backup AFTER uploading to 1.19 and it still works
