Disable mods without uninstalling

Here is a simple suggestion that would really help when trying to solve errors : a way to disable mods
Not uninstalling them but just disable them, it would be like uninstalling but you don't have to take too much time reinstalling after it, that would be really helpful with server that have many hand-installed mods, That have aldreay been done in multimc for exemple if you want to see what i mean
