(Looking for Aternos staff)
Hi, I know this is a very common question but I have an account which was very important to me and I'm trying to recover it.
I want to know if a server named "ClasaHangout" is still up and not removed. (It doesn't have an email linked but I will link one if I recover it)
It belongs to me, although I don't have many ways to prove it other than just logs on the server or through only two screenshots I can find (I guess someone will have to manually check the server to approve them, which I hope happens)
And I know I could re-create these screenshots but doing it perfectly without access to the server would be quite difficult...
Let me know if there is any way I can prove ownership of the server so I can somehow get a password reset link or just get its password resetted to anything and having it communicated to me through the email of the account I'm currently typing this thread one. Thank you so much!!
