so my friend is currently completely shut out of our server. he repeatedly gets the same error message,
he's restarted their launcher, updated java, tried using the dynamic ip, etc etc and yet nothing works.
this issue has never arose before and any advice would be great
also another note: he has zero access to firewall on his pc so i hope thats not the issue lol
