Do you know if the picture perfect plugin has something to do with it?

I've been playing my server with a texture pack called Coterie Craft and I love it, but is it possible to make that the default texture pack for the server? I read that you do that in the server files but I cant figure out how on my files.

I like hosting my server with you because it normally provides a lag free experience but lately everyone on my server has been having a very hard time connecting and they arent able to stay on long because they time out. we are kind of overusing the picture perfect plugin but it seems like it was a little laggy before that plugin

Hello! Recently my friend and i had made a horse racing track/ casino in our aternos minecraft server. We were really excited about using the plugin "UltimateCards" because we are big card players in our free time and wanted to make the minecraft casino even better by interacting with it. We would like to request to see if you can add this plugin to the plugin selection . Hee is the link to the craftbukket page : http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ultimatecards/. We have CraftBukkit 1.7.9 R0.3 DEV. If this doesn't work out we would like at least some kind of poker plugin.
