I accidentally deleted the end file while trying to reset the nether file, upon going back to the end, the exit portal ( bedrock thing that the egg spawns on ) wasn't there. is there any way to fix this?

so, I started my Server on the 1.18 snapshot, I and my friends have made quite a lot of progress but since the actual update comes out tomorrow, will my world be deleted if I switch the software to vanilla? and if so, is there any way to fix it?
