how can i fix this?

- Open the Backups section on your server and try opening the latest one with the hope that not much has been lost.

"can't turn on experimental gameplay"

- Try generating/creating your world on your device (client-side) with the addon/addons and experimental gameplay turned on.

- After generating/creating your world open your prefered file explorer app and then go to games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds and then drag or open the world file with/on aternos.

There's no limit however, depending on what plugin's & how many you have installed, it may or may not make the server be lagier / run slower.
