Do you use launcher?

Hello, when I connect to my aternos server, this message appears: Connection timed out: no further information. I tried to clear my DNS Cache or change it but it doesn't work. Thank you for your help.

I am (unfortunately) a TL user and when I log in it displays "disconnected".

I tried to use the ip dinamic but it doesn't work either.
