The plugins I use are AntiCheatReloaded, Gsit, Harbor, Orebfuscator, Protocol Lib and Simple Tpa. I don't know which one would cause the problem. I'm assuming something to do with the anti cheats.

Spigot is the server software and it is on 1.18.1. It also does work on single player

I have recently tried making a server on aternos and one of my friend suggested we use the Terralith 2.0 datapack for 1.18. I have followed numerous tutorials and installed it multiple times but I always get the same message in the logs and the data pack doesn't appear when I do /datapacks list. Here are screenshots. I would be grateful for any help.
