but the indications that are there are somewhat imprecise, they do not put an exact amount of downloads or how long the mod should be active.

Are there any specific requirements that a mod must meet to be added? not just is not popular enough

Please add the mod "Enchanting Infuser" has more than 8.5k downloads and was created on November 28, 2021 I think it meets the sufficient requirements. Thanks
