If there a way I can make certain plugins work on certain worlds?

I looked through the config and didn't see anything about it so I found a different way. I just got the Multiverse-Inventories plugin.

How would I make it to where I change worlds it gets rid of the hub items and when I go back to the hub it gives the hub items back?

Is there a plugin that allows me make arenas and I can make the game? Because I wanna be able to make a game in a arena and do /leave and other commands like that.

Is there a way I can add multiple worlds into my server? If not then you guys should add that. It would be great! I'm trying to make a minigame server for my friends and it would really help if there was a way I could do that.
