yes,i did restart the server and he still can troll ban,op random player and deop some other operator

So i change my change one of my operators's OPs level into 2 so he cant ban,kick,op and deop people,but he can still do that,how to fix it ?

i know but they can also give themself OP with the access,and they can use it to grief the server and stuff

im inside the game whenever it start,so i want give other access to only whitelist in the aternos account,not inside the game

so i want to share access to some people to give them ability to help me whitelisting,but i dont want them to get OP,i wanna know how to only give them ability to whitelist,not ability to OP
