Ohh okay. Thanks for the advice

MiataBoy both of us are from Myanmar, a southeast asian country.

Me and my friend play on my aternos server through Tlauncher and it's about a week now. Earlier, there were no connection issues except some minor lags. But recently, when my friend connects to the server, the loading gets finished but in game, he neither can see the terrain or can move. Meanwhile on my side, i have no problem joining anytime or playing. Only he has such problems and we tried several methods, such as making him turn on the server himself and he joins first (worked some of the times), or disabling firewall or doing dns flush. But lately it gets worse and he gets stuck in seeing no terrain whenever he joins. How do we solve this? Please help for I am also new to both aternos and minecraft.
