What about the RAM? 3100 MB of RAM is absolutely not enough for a modpack thats 1.16.5 and has 200+ mods.

I was trying to create a FTB University 1.16 server and its acting so weird. By acting weird, I mean it sometimes crashes because of the Immersive Engineering mod. Also, it sometimes can start the server. And the other thing is that the server RAM (3100 MB) is also not enough, it also crashes via not enough RAM allocated to server. No plugins in the server too. Here is the crash log for Immersive Engineering error:
