Removed it, but I'm still getting timed out.

Hello Aternos, I run a semi-popular Minecraft server on your platform, and even since the last outage/issue (about a month ago) my members have been getting kicked every minute with the message being "Timed out". I don't know if this has something to do with plugins, RAM, storage etc. Could you please tell me how to fix it if it's possible?

Please add a plugin called "ExcellentCrates" It used to be available, but now it's hidden. When i try to suggest the plugin, it says "The dependency "NexEngine" doesn't fulfill our reqiurements.".
