So I downloaded skyfactory 2 to my server and it still a vanilla server, What do I do to fix that?????????

So when I try to start my server it takes 37 min at the very least how do I make it to where it doesn't take so long???
Also How Do I Backup my vanilla server So I can switch to a modded server and play on a differet map and then switch back to the vanilla map?
