No phantoms are spawning on my world, they used to, but now they dont. I even tried using a spawn egg and it wont spawn any. Why is this?

Just 5 minutes ago my server started crashing a few seconds after I start it, saying:

Your world was used on a newer version before.

Possible solutions:
Install a newer version of Minecraft.

Generate a new world.

I changed the world to 1.18.2 a few weeks ago and changed it back to 1.18.1, but there has been no problems with that until now. Any fixes?

I have another problem, when I try to enter the nether portal or end portal sometimes they just do not teleport me, I just sit there in the portals. How do I fix this?

Yes, but it did not work then either.

So it used to be on vanilla when I moved it from minehut to aternos, it didnt transfer properly then either but I just rebuilt everything in both dimensions, although now I changed it to spigot and for some reason I made a new world file so I had to re-upload my world to that. So before I transfered it, it was on spigot, and its on spigot right now.

I recently moved my server to aternos, and when I went to upload my world, it worked. However when I uploaded my nether and end, when I logged on there was no builds in either dimensions, It was just the correct seed. Any idea on how to fix this?
