I've figured it out, a mod "Zombie Awareness" everytime its installed to the server, the server never loads.

I never got a crash log, it just was loading for a long time, and closed itself.

It said it was "preparing spawn area" but never making any progress.could a custom map be an issue?

No, it just says its turning on for like 25 minutes and shuts off.
I'll run it again to try and get a crash report. -
