is it a way for me to copy the mods from the mods folder in my server, or do i have to download them one more time?

so i have to put my server mods to my mods folder in minecraft launcher?

I created a server to play with my friends, but when i try to connect to the server, i disconnect instantly, and i cant find out what is the problem.
