Hi, the server has started to have minor lag and thank you for that. But after a few minutes, it kicked me out of the server and a new error occurred

Hi, I was able to access the server with your help. But I still have a lot of lags on the server, for example the character will not eat food, the texture does not load, when I take off with the ether I can't stop flying and so on. And therefore I can't move normally in the server. Is there a solution to this? Let me just tell you that my friend had turned on the fly command and around that time lags started happening, so I don't know if that might have anything to do with it?

Today 3/27/2022 I can't log in to the server, when I try to log in, a message comes out that there are connection problems, and that the name has not been found. Can anyone help me with that?
