Is there a way to put our own mods into a server's files? What I mean is can we take a mod that we can't find in the mods tab and move it to the server's "mods" files? Here's the mod I want to use for this.

Me and my cousin have been trying to use a mod called, "Shingeki no Kyojin" and every time we both try to enter it says the message, "Failed to synchronize registry data, closing connection". I've checked the versions of everything and they are all on the correct version. If I can get some assistance then please do so.
