and yeah it doesnt download first time but i dont see that being an issue as just downloading it 2 or more times? (this does not work) in any way tho is there anything i could do here? and no downloading an older version isnt an option since i need hex code compatability. maybe a similar replacement?

i found something said about the downloads on spigot being broken on spigot itself. just tested. they arent.....

Im running a 1.19.2 paper server and ive installed 23 total plugins. i installed powerranks but it messed with luckperms so i uninstalled it for the time being as a quick fix. now when i go to install it. it installs as usual. but when i go into my plugins folder its nowhere to be found. doesnt work or show up in game either. why is this happening?
