It gave a warning for that, if you just skipped past that it's fully on you. It also recommended backups in that SAME warning.

Just do the opposite of what you just did I guess?
Go to https://aternos.org/software/ and install one that supports plugin. Paper is recommended.
i have already dowloaded that and can only remove bu it says it will remove my world?
