You want to put a lobby, for this you need two pluggins:
1. Lobby: Use the command /setlobby in 145 4 767 URL: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/lobby/
2. Joincommands: This plugin is not in Aternos but I do the request

Try to use other plugin: MGSkywars. If same are you request.

Ok, the plugin is very easy, when you join in the server this plugin execute and command.
Why I need this plugin?
Because when anyone join in my server this plugin execute the command /lobby
This command teleport you to the lobby. So i need this pluggin for the user when join in my server, join in an customize
I don´t know if you understand me

Nothing, the plugin is for use the commands /login and /register when you join in the server but this don´t work. But when I use the command i show the command but this don´t work.

P.D.: Can I am a helper? Because I know all of servers and plugin and I think that I can help

Hello everyone, i´m spanish and I go to explain how to add pluggin and start you server but in spanish. I don´t now if this is legal but i´m sure that more members of Aternos are Spanish.

Bueno pues empezemos primero con la guía de como iniciar tu server:

1. Debemos habernos registrado en la comunidad para poder tener nuestro server.
2. Tras habernos registrado damos a la flechita que hay al lado de nuestro nombre de usuario.
3. Se no abrirá un menú desplegable y debemos darle a "Mi Server"
4. Hay tendremos multitud de opciones, una de ellas es un botón verde el cual pone: "Iniciar", click en el y nos pondrá en la lista de espera.
5. Debemos estar atentos a que no se nos pase el tiempo de darle al botón verde que pone: "Si"
6. Tras haber esperado este tiempo ya tenemos iniciado nuestro server

Ahora la guía de como añadir plugins:

1. Primero os dire cosas importantes para poder añadir dicho plugins:
1.1 Debemos tener el server parado para poder añadir pluggins.
1.2 Tenemos que tener en cuenta de que no todos los plugins que queremos están agregados a la pagina
1.3 Solo podemos agregar un máximo de 15 plugins
1.4 Hay plugins que no funcionan correctamente.
2. Empezemos con la guía:
2.1 Volvemos a darle a la flechita de al lado de nuestro nombre de usuario y se nos abrirá de nuevo el menú despleglabe
2.2 En este caso debemos darle a archivos y plugins
2.3 Se nos abrirá otra pagina aquí debemos darle a "install plugins"
2.4 Entonces se nos abrirá un menú con todos los plugins disponibles
2.5 Buscamos en el que queremos clickamos en el que nos interese y se nos abrirá un menú con la versiones disponibles y con la compatibilidad con las versiones del server
2.6 Elegimos la que se adapte a lo que nosotros necesitemos y damos click en el archivo
2.7 Tras esto tendremos instalado nuestro plugin y lo único que tenemos que hacer es iniciar el server.
