The Armour Stand Editor Plugin lets you edit armour stands like it said on the page.
The Colour Sign/Coloured Chat Plugin lets you chat in colour and type text in sings with colour.

Such as~

• /e [player] <effect> [level] -1 add infinite effect

This commands lets you add effects to a player, such as night vision and regeneration.
