can you please add the mod Naruto C?

Naruto C is a mod that combines both minecraft and naruto worlds.
It adds some different attacks from the series with the option to customize your own attacks.
It also adds some clans from the series and some ninja tools and armor.
In one of the previous versions of the mod a story mode was also added so now you can experience the series story and fight bosses too.
The naruto series it self is very popular (now days it's about naruto's son boruto) and it's on air for more than 15 years! So i am sure that a lot of minecraft players will be happy to play this mod!
I personally will be very happy if i could play this mod with my friends on my server.

my problem right now is that for some reason I can't play with spigot plugins on my Aternos server, but the craftbukkit plugins is working on my Aternos server, I realy want to play the ProjectKorra plugin on my Aternos server and this is a spigot plugin so I cant play it.
and sure my Aternos username is "XxOrenZxX"

second I will try to explain it more:
When I first played with plugins in Aternos I used only craftbukkit plugins,
when I wanted to try some spigot plugins it didnt show up when I ran the server (after the server started I wrote in chat /plugins and it said that there are 0 plugins)
I tried it with few version of spigot and nothing changed,
I checked it on the website and found nothing about it so I decided to ask it here.
I don't think the java update is the problem because all the spigot plugins I tried didn't work and all the craftbukkit worked.
I think this is strange and I am kind of sure there is a way to fix it.

I have a problem on my server,
I played in my server with bukkit plugins and it worked well,
I found out that one of the plugins I liked the most (bending) has a new plugin (projectkorra(core)) with more abilities and i wanted so much to play it in my Aternos server,
but when i downloaded it to my server and ran the server I found out that the plugin doesn't work and I was very sad ,
I checked in the internet and found nothing about it,
I thought that there is a problem only with that plugin so I decided to try and download another spigot plugin to check if is it true,
and I checked 2 other plugins and they both didn't work so i understood there is a problem with spigot plugins (the bending plugin is a craftbukkit plugin and the projectkorra(core) is a spigot plugin)
I ran my server with the correct version of spigot for projectkorra(core),
if you guys can help please i will be thankful,
I want so bad to play that plugin as an op in my Aternos server,
please help,
