Please install the "Essentials"-Plugin on your server, otherwise you can't use commands like "/spawn". (Please also install a plugin-compatible minecraft server like "Craftbukkit" or "Spigot" on you server when you do that.)
Also, you can't find command blocks in the normal creative interface.
If you want a command block, please execute "/give [Your Player Name] command_block" ingame (you have to be op to give yourself a command block and to edit it). -
Be patient! It may take some time until we checked your modpack
