How do I do that?

I was looking for datapacks and saw the Australia one. I tried it out it didn't work plus the map shrinks into a tiny world. I tried deleting it but whenever I do, it says its missing files for that pack and some of the other ones. can someone help? https://mclo.gs/nQ8GEMW

My server terrain was weird looking after I downloaded some mods. I wasn't sure which one it was so I deleted all of my biome related mods. Now, I can't use my server because of mods that are already deleted. The links is here to see https://mclo.gs/DPtLcxt
