Hey, i've lost hope to get the server back. I then tried to make a new server on the new respective versions, but i get this error now

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information

now i have troubles finding the right mods, could someone explain and show me which mods i need to make this aternos pixelmon server work ?

when i installed the right version it sent me on a new world. Is it possible to get your progression on the old version onto the new one ? With the backups ? And does this mean that when an update occurs we are doomed to lose our world with no alternative ?

I tried launching my server, but my server got updated to pixelmon 9.0.0, while my version is 8.4.2 i also used to play on 1,12,2 but now its 1.16.5, what is this ? I cannot play i hope there is a fix for this, i have backups of my world, just tell me what to do. It messes everything up please help
