I changed to the exact version of forge as in aternos and now it shows me this error btw this error is only for the aternos server

I keep trying to join my aternos server in tlauncher but I can't. I checked my mods 3 times and tried using both forge optifine and the normal forge but it keeps showing the same error. Also here is my mods list from tlauncher and aternos.

My friend is trying to join my server but he can't seem to join. He has all the mods correctly but still can't join. I sent him all of the mods on Gmail in a zip file. Does he have to download the mods manually? Here are the mods and his mod folder:
